Surestay Plus By Best Western Cheyenne

The breakfast was fantastic, offering fresh eggs and a variety of pastries. During my last visit to cheyenne, i had lower expectations, but this hotel exceeded them with its cleanliness and cute atmosphere.

The setting was favourable, very close to many other conveniences as well as restaurants, freeway and the military base. Our rooms were impressive and fine here with 2 bathtubs, comfortable bed, a jacuzzi.

The room was good sized and fine with comfortable bed and it had wake-up service, that's cool.

Awwwww, the beds were amazing!!!! Clean, comfortable & a good price...all a person needs.

Good location to highway and downtown. Quiet.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful during a challenging power outage situation. Had a spacious room with comfy beds that provided a restful night.

The overall decor felt outdated and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with issues reported in multiple areas. Limited amenities caused disappointment.

The room was fine, but to log in was a pain. I had to reset my pass word 3 times? ?

The room was clean and spacious, with friendly staff making the experience pleasant. Breakfast was decent, but some areas showed age, like the furniture. Traffic noise from the nearby highway was noticeable, yet overall, it was a comfortable stay despite a few shortcomings.

Lovely room, really comfy bed. Good location for those on the move and also those who want to explore the city. Staff were lovely, in particular Steve who was so helpful. Fab breakfast (complimentary) which included eggs, fruits, breads, juices, waffles, cheese......

It was all excellent. Our visit was far too short, just one night!

The staff was efficient and helped set up my presentation equipment without delay. I appreciated the updated lobby and the breakfast with options like freshly made eggs and a variety of pastries. The location provided convenient access to essential business areas.

Rooms could use modern updates.

We got a room with a tub.

The maid service started a little later on Saturday morning. Usually, you hear doors banging, or they are knocking on your door to see if they can come in and clean. It was so delightfully quiet when we woke up! And the mattresses and pillows were some of the best we have ever slept on!
